· ïîñòðîåíèå ðàçìåðíîé ñõåìû è ãðàôà âàðèàíòà ÒÏ äëÿ ëèíåéíûõ (îñåâûõ) ðàçìåðîâ äåòàëè èç ÊÏ äëÿ 'êà÷åñòâåííîãî' àíàëèçà;
· âûïîëíåíèå ðàñ÷åòà è 'êîëè÷åñòâåííûé' àíàëèç âàðèàíòà;
· êîððåêòèðîâêà ïî ðåçóëüòàòàì ðàñ÷åòà;
· îôîðìëåíèå øàáëîíà ÎÊ.
2 Èñõîäíûå äàííûå: ôðàãìåíò ÷åðòåæà äåòàëè «Êîðïóñ ïîäøèïíèêîâ òóðáîêîìïðåññîðà» èç ÊÏ ïî ÒÌÑ (ðèñóíîê 1). Ìàðøðóò îáðàáîòêè òîðöåâûõ ïîâåðõíîñòåé ïðèâåäåí â îïåðàöèîííûõ êàðòàõ òåõíîëîãè÷åñêîãî ïðîöåññà êóðñîâîãî ïðîåêòà.

3 Ìåòîäèêà âûïîëíåíèÿ ðàáîòû
3.1 Ñòðîèì ðàçìåðíóþ ñõåìó îáðàáîòêè òîðöåâûõ ïîâåðõíîñòåé è ãðàô ðàçìåðíûõ èçìåíåíèé çàãîòîâêè (ðèñóíîê 2).

3.2 Çàïîëíÿþ âêëàäêó Îáùèå äàííûå ñ óêàçàíèåì â ïîëÿõ äèàëîãîâîãî îêíà ìàòåðèàëà çàãîòîâêè, ìåòîä åå ïîëó÷åíèÿ, êëàññ òî÷íîñòè, ôîðìó äåòàëè è íàèáîëüøèé ãàáàðèòíûé ðàçìåð çàãîòîâêè. Ñòàâëþ ãàëî÷êó â îêíå Âûâîä ïðîìåæóòî÷íûõ ðåçóëüòàòîâ. Çàïîëíåííàÿ âêëàäêà ïîêàçàíà íà ðèñóíêå 4.
3.3 Âî âêëàäêå Êîíñòðóêòîðñêèå ðàçìåðû ââîæó èõ çíà÷åíèÿ. Äëÿ ââîäà ðàçìåðà íàæèìàþ ïðàâóþ êíîïêó ìûøè â ïîëå âêëàäêè è âûáèðàþ ïóíêò Äîáàâèòü. Óêàçûâàþ ëåâóþ è ïðàâóþ ãðàíèöû ðàçìåðà, ìèíèìàëüíîå è ìàêñèìàëüíîå çíà÷åíèå êîíñòðóêòîðñêèõ ðàçìåðîâ ñ ðàçìåðíîé ñõåìû. Ðåçóëüòàò ïîêàçàí íà ðèñóíêå 4.
Ðèñóíîê 4 – Êîíñòðóêòîðñêèå ðàçìåðû
Äëÿ êîððåêòèðîâêè ââåäåííûõ çíà÷åíèé ùåëêàþ ëåâîé êíîïêîé ïîëå Ð1 , à çàòåì íàæèìàþ ïðàâóþ êíîïêó ìûøè è èç êîíòåêñòíîãî ìåíþ âûáèðàþ ïóíêò Èçìåíèòü. Îòêðîåòñÿ îêíî, ïîêàçàííîå íà ðèñóíêå 5.
3.4 Âî âêëàäêå Ïðèïóñêè äëÿ ââîäà êàæäîãî ïðèïóñêà íàæèìàþ ïðàâóþ êíîïêó ìûøè ñ óêàçàíèåì ãðàíèö ïðèïóñêîâ ñ ðàçìåðíîé ñõåìû (ðèñóíîê 6).
3.5 Âî âêëàäêå Ðàçìåðû çàãîòîâêè íàæèìàþ ïðàâóþ êíîïêó ìûøè äëÿ ââîäà êàæäîãî ðàçìåðà. Ãðàíèöû çàäàþ íîìåðàìè êðàéíèõ ïîâåðõíîñòåé çàãîòîâêè â îäíîì êîîðäèíàòíîì íàïðàâëåíèè, â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ ðàçìåðíîé ñõåìîé (ðèñóíîê 7).
Ðèñóíîê 7 – Ðàçìåðû çàãîòîâêè
Ðàçìåðû çàãîòîâêè, ãàáàðèòû çàãîòîâêè, âåëè÷èíà äîïóñêà è îòêëîíåíèÿ (ïðè íåîáõîäèìîñòè) çàäàþòñÿ â îêíå, ïîêàçàííîì íà ðèñóíêå 8.
3.6 Âî âêëàäêå Ðàçìåðû ìåõàíîîáðàáîòêè ââîæó èõ â ïîñëåäîâàòåëüíîñòè îáðàáîòêè çàãîòîâêè. Äëÿ ââîäà êàæäîãî ðàçìåðà íàæèìàþ ïðàâóþ êíîïêó ìûøè. Ðàñïîëîæåíèå äîïóñêà îòíîñèòåëüíî ïîäëåæàùåãî ðàñ÷åòó íîìèíàëà ðàçìåðà óêàçûâàþ ïî ñèñòåìå âàëà (ðèñóíîê 9).
3.7 Ïîñëå ââîäà â ïðîãðàììó KON7 âñåõ èñõîäíûõ äàííûõ íàæèìàþ êíîïêó Ðàñ÷åò äëÿ âûâîäà ðåçóëüòàòîâ (ïðèëîæåíèå Á). Ïðè ðåøåíèè ðàçìåðíîé öåïè ñ çàìûêàþùèì çâåíîì Ð3 îêàçàëîñü, ÷òî äîïóñê ðàçìåðà À9 ìåíüøå òåõíîëîãè÷åñêîãî. Ýòî îçíà÷àåò, ÷òî ìåòîä îáðàáîòêè, ïðèíÿòûé íà ïîñëåäíåì ïåðåõîäå íå îáåñïå÷èâàåò äîñòàòî÷íóþ òî÷íîñòü êîíñòðóêòîðñêîãî ðàçìåðà. Äëÿ ïðîäîëæåíèÿ ðàñ÷åòà íà ðàçìåð À9 íàçíà÷èë ïîëüçîâàòåëüñêèå îòêëîíåíèÿ, ðàâíûå îòêëîíåíèÿì êîíñòðóêòîðñêîãî ðàçìåðà Ð3 (ðèñóíîê10).
